Purchased products from the store that were clearly faulty and Generation cannabis refused to do anything because they said I needed to contact the manufacturer… the item which has an automatic shut off burned through the plastic not to mention my pants and ruined the cartridge in the process. I'm a good and loyal customer that rarely makes complaints like this but customer service lacks. I simply wanted an exchange.
When I first walked into this establishment, my first thought was, wow, is this an arcade? Then, suddenly, I was greeted by two very attractive budtenders who catered to my every need. Unfortunately I was not greeted by ed sheeren. Thank you!
Absolutely love this place, been coming to generation since the original location!! So happy this location is so close to home and doing so well. Staff is always super friendly and ready to help!!

Ayesha also served me another day with the utmost respect and excellence. They were both so friendly and thorough in helping me get good value as I'm on limited income and suffer from chronic pain and anxiety being diagnosed with cptsd. Yes I'm leaving a very happy customer. Very grateful for the service I received by both of these budtenders. I've already word of mouth shared this place with others. Quickly becoming one of my favourite spots
This is such a chill spot and best place to grab a jay! The staff is super super sweet and friendly; Caroline and her sweet baby girl doggie "June" (in the pic) Mags, a super chill dude to chat with, Rob the manager and his big hearted pitbull "Wallace" you can visit on Sundays. I always enjoy visiting here and know that you'll be in great hands with great customer service! Super knowledgeable and anything you need is right here with great vibes!
