| Purchased products from the store that were clearly faulty and Generation cannabis refused to do anything because they said I needed to contact the manufacturer… the item which has an automatic shut off burned through the plastic not to mention my pants and ruined the cartridge in the process. I'm a good and loyal customer that rarely makes complaints like this but customer service lacks. I simply wanted an exchange. | ||
