Very knowledgable staff and great prices.
Customer service of late has been below par. It's usually the same guy. He's hit or miss with regards to positivity and providing help when needed. I'm usually in 2x week and have a yearly membership to help discount my purchases. Tonight when told you were out of stock. I asked for suggestions for a fruity Sativa or Hydrid in a disposable. I was given one suggestion which didn't work for me. When I asked for another suggestion. I was told "there are 100's".....this is when I walked out and went somewhere that price matches and are willing to help the customer. It's gotten to the point I know the vehicle this person drives and I just won't go anymore.
If you actually have 100's of fruity disposables in Sativa or Hybrid I will delete this comment. It would also be the first place I've come across with that large or a selection.
Always good and helpful employees, good prices, worth getting the membership

Expect a wait to get in because they don't move too quick and will literally make you stand there and wait while two employees stand behind the counter babbling.
Arrogant and lazy in the best way to put canna cabana in Stratford.
