Sadly, if you have a faulty product from the store instead of replacing it and keeping customer satisfaction up, they will instead send you to the company that the product is from and try and have you hassle to get your product and your money back. Absolutely unacceptable instead of just replacing an item or offering an exchange or discount. This needs to be taken up with the team immediately the store is never being visited again. Good night.
A product sold not 24 hours ago leaking everywhere in my purse just to not be replaced or even exchanged at a discount rate. This store does not care about their customers as they'd rather send you to manufacturers phone numbers over just replacing or discounting an item shopping here would probably be my last suggestion.
Great service! Great weed. They know what the hell they're talking about. They know their stuff. It's actually one of the better dispensaries that I actually recommend, especially for the East end
Great staff, great quality flower. You do have to get there quick for your faves cause they sell out fast. Never had a problem with selections they have chosen for me. Overall 10/10 for service and quality bud.
