| Sadly, if you have a faulty product from the store instead of replacing it and keeping customer satisfaction up, they will instead send you to the company that the product is from and try and have you hassle to get your product and your money back. Absolutely unacceptable instead of just replacing an item or offering an exchange or discount. This needs to be taken up with the team immediately the store is never being visited again.
