used to have really great interactions here with all the customer service reps, me and my husband have been going to this location for years and never had any issues, only positive feedback. last few times i've been here i've been treated very rudely by one of the ladies, snapped at when taking my orders, has rolled her eyes when asking what i need. honestly everyone else i've been helped by has continued to be awesome, but the one lady is horribly rude. going to take my business elsewhere from now on, somewhere that my business doesn't seem like a burden to the employee.
People here are always friendly and willing to help.
I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit today. The staff are usually very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which is why this experience stood out to me. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me today did not seem approachable or hospitable, and the interaction made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I have had many positive experiences here in the past, so I hope this feedback can help improve consistency in customer service moving forward.
Well this WAS a great place to get weed until they stopped the early bird pricing, now there no motivating factor to chose this store over any other store in red deer with their over priced products. Value buds is the same BS as all stores in red deer. Don't bother putting in the extra effort to go there
Whoever the bigger gentleman is that works in there is absolutely miserable to have to deal with. Just a negative attitude anytime I've gone in and need to deal with him seems like he's almost annoyed to be working there.
