| I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit today. The staff are usually very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which is why this experience stood out to me. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me today did not seem approachable or hospitable, and the interaction made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I have had many positive experiences here in the past, so I hope this feedback can help improve consistency in customer service moving forward. | ||
