ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - They are selling moldy weed that is 14 months old .
I purchased cannabis from this location last night , and the cannabis was unacceptable . It was wet and musty, and when I called to talk to the manager, All I asked was to pass the info along to the rep . Cindy, the staff member told me that I was on my own that I had to go call the company and find the person who grew the weed . He didn't give me any options . I had to force him to take my info down and pass it to his manager .Then he was offended when I said dude. He told me he was a women and he was going to hang up on me now . Then he hung up on me . For calling him dude . Now I call women dudes all the time . This is literally an insane person . I will never shop at this place again.The staff is very rude and condescending and unhelpful .
My fiends and I usually shop at the Hanover location and the staff is amazing there . We travelled up to Owen sound for that particular strain .
Plus all these reviews are fake as they offered me a 10% discount if I came back and showed them the positive review . I still have the piuce of paper they gave me with instructions .
I've been a proud member of the Canna Cabana Customer Club since they opened this location. This place took top spot in a crowded market. The prices are excellent, you can sign up for free for a discount on most products, or pay for a yearly Elite membership for even more discounts. The staff have ALWAYS been Amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I had a tiny issue with my 'accounts' and was able to get it fixed in person quickly (merged duplicate accounts). I am thoroughly impressed with the selection of products, and accessories. I will continue to come back, keep up the amazing work guys!
My only one stop shop for anything bud related. Jeff, Jordan, Emily and the rest of the team are really some of the best budtenders in the game. Whether you're looking for something new, or need advice on the products they sell, they'll hook you up! To top it off, they offer an excellent Elite membership that offers below market prices on an ever changing inventory. It honestly feels like robbery sometimes, leaving there and seeing the $30+ in savings on my receipt! Lol. The next time you feel like going elsewhere and overpaying, don't! Instead, come and see the team at Canna Cabana. You won't be disappointed!
Jeff was so helpful today! He has great taste in flower, and actually explained the elite membership to us! We signed up and will only be going there from now on! Best bud tender in town since I hung up my apron lol. Thanks Jeff!!
Absolutely love going to the Owen Sound location. As an Elite member I always get amazing product for a great price. Tina is always smiling and ready to help you find what your looking for an is very knowledgeable about products. My go to store while in Owen Sound.
