| ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - They are selling moldy weed that is 14 months old . I purchased cannabis from this location last night , and the cannabis was unacceptable . It was wet and musty, and when I called to talk to the manager, All I asked was to pass the info along to the rep . Cindy, the staff member told me that I was on my own that I had to go call the company and find the person who grew the weed . He didn't give me any options . I had to force him to take my info down and pass it to his manager .Then he was offended when I said dude. He told me he was a women and he was going to hang up on me now . Then he hung up on me . For calling him dude . Now I call women dudes all the time . This is literally an insane person . I will never shop at this place again.The staff is very rude and condescending and unhelpful . My fiends and I usually shop at the Hanover location and the staff is amazing there . We travelled up to Owen sound for that particular strain . Plus all these reviews are fake as they offered me a 10% discount if I came back and showed them the positive review . I still have the piuce of paper they gave me with instructions . | ||
