I shopped the store once and never want to go back. No product or prices listed anywhere, have to talk to the one employee working to see what they sold and how much it was. Employee was very rude and rushing me so he could go for a smoke break the moment I left the store.

Jess and the young lady with the red hair are very knowledgeable and just super freaking nice. If you're in the Wellington area definitely make this place your go to stop. You will not be disappointed tons of selections and great prices 😁😁
Been able to find some decent drinks, (shatter) concentrates and vape carts here for myself. Price match is awesome.
I've now had multiple experiences at this location, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing to put it softly. On both visits, the staff member present did not acknowledge us or offer assistance (they were glued to their phone screen sitting on a couch), which made the experience feel very unwelcoming.
As a customer, you expect at least a basic level of engagement when you walk in, and that was noticeably lacking. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is a clear opportunity to massively improve the in-store experience.
