Had the best experience at Canna cabana. The staff are very knowledgeable and I was helped by Liv today and she answered all the questions I had to make my best informed purchase! The great prices are also a bonus!
Had such a great experience with my visit today. The staff is always kind and helpful and if you have a chance to talk to Teddy she is always happy to help and have a nice conversation. Love her energy and will absolutely keep coming back.
I have been a regular customer at this location for quite some time and have never had an issue until my most recent visit.
Upon entering, I was asked for ID despite being a member. I assumed the employee was new, so I provided my identification without any issue. My wife was with me, but she was not allowed to enter because she was on her cellphone. Although I found this frustrating, I respected the decision and proceeded into the store while my wife left.
What happened next was completely unacceptable. The employee appeared to say something to the cashier, and when I approached the counter, the cashier immediately told me he would not be serving me and that he would call the police. I was genuinely confused because I had not said anything inappropriate, caused a disturbance, or behaved aggressively in any way. I actually laughed out of confusion and simply walked out.
As someone who knows the manager and has shopped here many times without incident, this experience was shocking. I was treated as though I had done something wrong without any explanation whatsoever. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was disappointing.
After this experience, I will not be returning. Long-time customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit.
Been here a few times and it's all been good experiences. I can tell everyone knows their shit. Last time I was there I had a really nice conversation with Liv and Teddy. They're always super helpful and they have great vibes
