Worst customer service to ever exist!! The woman wouldn't serve me because I was talking to someone in the streets what !!!!

Don't ever come to this store, especially if there's a dude Lucas working. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a cannabis dispensary. I was refused service because I only currently have a temporary drivers license as ID, as I lost my wallet. I was immediately told I wouldn't be helped, even tho the drivers license says it's valid without a photo card directly on it. So disappointed as I've come to this store many times for many months, sometimes numerous times a week. And the staff know and recognize me. They've now lost a customer…Hire better staff!!

Hello, this is clearly a misunderstanding on your end.
A temporary Ontario driver's licence is valid, government-issued ID and explicitly says it's valid without a photo card. That's not something open to interpretation—it's quite literally printed on the document.
Also, the claim that I "left before a conversation" is just incorrect. I spoke with your employee, was refused, and then she brought Lucas from the back. The two of them stood there speaking to me in a dismissive and unprofessional way instead of actually handling the situation properly—which, frankly, lines up with the level of accountability I'm getting in this response from "management."
I will NOT be returning.
the workers are very unfriendly and rude, don't even bother coming to this location. their prices are also terrible. i'd leave a 0 star review if i could.
Fool sold me wrong size bong case and scammed me. I showed the worker a picture of a purple 18 inch bong case from their store they told me they have the same on in black only and sold me it. I get home and its a 16 inch case not the 18 as shown in the image clearly, drove back and they wont exchange or help me when its their fault , will never come back again in my lifetime. workers name who scammed me, Daniela G
