Dream cannabis has become corporate now and does not return or exchange defective products. Please do not waste your time. Spirit leaf has mostly the same items , price matches, and allows exchanges/returns for legitimate reasons. Usually, dream has what I'm looking for, the people are never rude, but in all honesty, if you're gonna spend your hard earned money on broken products it should be returnable. Don't waste your money here :)
The prices are right I don't have to price match no more add another place this is my go-to place and the people in there are friendly
I've visited this store (kemptville) many times and noticed that the staff are obsessed with their phones... I walked in and felt like I was interrupting the staff member (darker hair, wore a ball cap, slim and shorter stature, likes to always have a coffee in his hands as well). He did not look up at me, he looked at this phone the entire time as if he was watching sports, a movie or playing a game. I asked the staff member for a specific infused pre-roll and again without acknowledging me he walked to a drawer, opened it and said "no we don't have that." He did not proceed to ask me if he could offer me something else, he did not suggest a substitute. I said "okay....... thank you" and left empty handed. When I said "thank you" as I usually do when I leave the store, he did not acknowledge that or say "goodbye" or "you're welcome." He said nothing at all. Zero customer service... what a joke! To be clear, this is not the first time this has happened to me but this is the icing on the cake! So sorry to have bothered you guys... I will be sure to never bother you again...
Would give it 0 stars if i could. I saw a review below and couldn't agree more. No one was in the store but the gentleman working rushed us. When asked questions about products or tried to get more information was sighed at and made to feel incredible dumb for wanting to get more information.
Man at the counter rushed us, was short when asked questions, and didn't even try to see if we wanted anything else before rushing us out.
First and last time going to this store.
