| I've visited this store (kemptville) many times and noticed that the staff are obsessed with their phones... I walked in and felt like I was interrupting the staff member (darker hair, wore a ball cap, slim and shorter stature, likes to always have a coffee in his hands as well). He did not look up at me, he looked at this phone the entire time as if he was watching sports, a movie or playing a game. I asked the staff member for a specific infused pre-roll and again without acknowledging me he walked to a drawer, opened it and said "no we don't have that." He did not proceed to ask me if he could offer me something else, he did not suggest a substitute. I said "okay....... thank you" and left empty handed. When I said "thank you" as I usually do when I leave the store, he did not acknowledge that or say "goodbye" or "you're welcome." He said nothing at all. Zero customer service... what a joke! To be clear, this is not the first time this has happened to me but this is the icing on the cake! So sorry to have bothered you guys... I will be sure to never bother you again... | ||
