Java is great. I see him working all the time and he's always so happy and knowledgeable about the products. Their elite program is awesome, this is my second year using it. I will be back to this location soon

Great team, very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make the whole process easy and comfortable. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Jania welcomed me with a friendly smile the moment I walked into the store. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I wanted and she answered all of my questions! The other staff member, Kelly, was also super nice. On top of the great customer service, the prices were good and they had a large variety of products.
This review is for the old man with the gray hair who clearly has a chip on his shoulder. You sir are a Rude, pompous, arrogant,condescending person. There are nothing but problems every time you are working. You have zero knowledge of product and you are very dismissive. Every time you go to look for a product that's on your website you never find it and you get defensive. I always end up finding it myself or another worker does. I am writing on behalf of myself and other people . I've had enough. What is your problem? You act like this is the only cannabis store and that we are privileged to have your "free program"? Are you kidding me?!!! To tell a customer "oh thank god for the free program" since I won't join your scam Elite program. How dare you?!! It's my choice if I don't want to join. I don't need your attitude or opinion for that matter. You have insulted customers in the past, berated fellow employees to the point that we talk about you in the parking lot. You do realize we don't have to shop there right?!! Do better. Stop treating people that way. You are just a store worker. You don't even know your job. I have been coming to this location since it opened but I'm never coming back. You are losing customers from this miserable rude old man. Your old staff was so much better.
