| This review is for the old man with the gray hair who clearly has a chip on his shoulder. You sir are a Rude, pompous, arrogant,condescending person. There are nothing but problems every time you are working. You have zero knowledge of product and you are very dismissive. Every time you go to look for a product that's on your website you never find it and you get defensive. I always end up finding it myself or another worker does. I am writing on behalf of myself and other people . I've had enough. What is your problem? You act like this is the only cannabis store and that we are privileged to have your "free program"? Are you kidding me?!!! To tell a customer "oh thank god for the free program" since I won't join your scam Elite program. How dare you?!! It's my choice if I don't want to join. I don't need your attitude or opinion for that matter. You have insulted customers in the past, berated fellow employees to the point that we talk about you in the parking lot. You do realize we don't have to shop there right?!! Do better. Stop treating people that way. You are just a store worker. You don't even know your job. I have been coming to this location since it opened but I'm never coming back. You are losing customers from this miserable rude old man. Your old staff was so much better. | ||
