I rarely leave bad reviews but this needs to be shared. I hope the Owners/Managers read this so they know what kind of an inadequate employee that may be negatively impacting sales…
Unbelievably HORRIBLE first experience!! THE WORST customer service (for lack of even being served) EVER!!!
Upon entering the shop today at roughly 10:00am, my 45 year old Husband was asked for ID and was told they can't serve him without it. I had my ID so I went in with my Husband. As he handed me the $100 dollar bill over the barrier ribbon at the entrance I was also "denied" service because they said they knew it was for him. Absolutely ridiculous. It's all going to the same home and will be shared by both of us as we share EVERYTHING in life!
WE are hard working professionals, nearly 50 years old and this giant bully of a kid wants to ID and deny me?? Never ever again will I visit - nor will I recommend - this location. There are plenty of dispensaries around like "Sweet ReLeaf", just up the road, with impeccable customer service and superior product who are happy to do their jobs and put out a positive representation for the company they work for. 👎🏼👎🏼
What's the point of having a membership if you need to keep a receipt
Went with the employees recommendation.
Cart dosent work.
Bought it last night and can't even return it to another location.
So convenient
I stopped by carts for this reason.
Here I am yet again.
Again why have a member ship oh just got deal.

Came in looking for something for the weekend and was lucky to be assisted by the associate Mat. He gave me a couple options for pre-rolls and drinks that matched the exact vibe I was looking for. After trying everything this past weekend, I was almost stunned how everything went exactly as he described. One thing that really stood out to me, is the way he would describe products and the effects in comparison to real life scenarios! Super chill guy, easy to talk to, and actually listens instead of just throwing random products at you. Will definitely be coming back for amazing service like this. Thank you Mat!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Matteo that I felt it was worth mentioning. He was very professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to explain the differences between various options like dried flower and vape cartridges, and his recommendations were excellent. It made the whole experience very straightforward and enjoyable.
Billy was such an honest, kind and helpful worker! I genuinely had no idea what to purchase, despite stalling— going back and fourth in regard to decisions… Billy was extremely patient and assured me to take my time! I ended up being suggested a great product, all thanks to Billy!
