| I rarely leave bad reviews but this needs to be shared. I hope the Owners/Managers read this so they know what kind of an inadequate employee that may be negatively impacting sales… Unbelievably HORRIBLE first experience!! THE WORST customer service (for lack of even being served) EVER!!! Upon entering the shop today at roughly 10:00am, my 45 year old Husband was asked for ID and was told they can't serve him without it. I had my ID so I went in with my Husband. As he handed me the $100 dollar bill over the barrier ribbon at the entrance I was also "denied" service because they said they knew it was for him. Absolutely ridiculous. It's all going to the same home and will be shared by both of us as we share EVERYTHING in life! WE are hard working professionals, nearly 50 years old and this giant bully of a kid wants to ID and deny me?? Never ever again will I visit - nor will I recommend - this location. There are plenty of dispensaries around like "Sweet ReLeaf", just up the road, with impeccable customer service and superior product who are happy to do their jobs and put out a positive representation for the company they work for. 👎🏼👎🏼 | ||
