Maddi was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great location always very clean and well stocked!
Kally is always so uplifting every time I come in. I just tell her the vibe I'm going for and she takes care of the rest—she hasn't let me down yet! It's also super convenient that she works at both locations, so I know I'll always get great service no matter which store I visit.
This was my first time coming in to buy a gift. I went straight to the till to ask a quick question, but before I could even finish speaking I was abruptly told, "I need to see ID." I completely understand store policy and had no problem showing it the tone just felt very stern and caught me off guard as a new customer. What made the experience more uncomfortable was seeing someone who looked much younger than me walk in shortly after and not get ID'd. I respect that staff have rules to follow, but a friendlier approach and more consistency would make customers feel a lot more welcome.
Plantlife Westgate is easily the best shop in town. Nicole and Kally are absolute stars—super friendly and always have the best recommendations. Great selection and even better service. 10/10 recommend!
