I have spent well over $300 at this One Plant. There are two excellent employees Justin and a girl that works on the weekends (always proactive and knowledgeable).
Unfortunately the last couple of times I have gone, my experience was not that great. I always buy the Palmetto Infused Pre-Rolls when they are on sale for $17.60. I asked if they were on sale and the agent said no, but that she'd honour the price. She then checked her computer and stated that that the last few times I've purchased this item that I didn't pay $17.60 and that I paid full price. That's false. Why would I lie? I specifically come to this one plant for the Palmettos when they are on sale.
Also I had to wait 5+ minutes at the door while there were no customers in the store, just two employees. Why are you making people wait when you have no customers? Honestly I believe these new representatives they have hired need some serious training. Once they improve, perhaps I will change my review t 5 stars. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
Wow fantastic store and staff. Amanda was so friendly I loved working with her. Great recommendation, grabbed the Sapphire and I was stoned all night lol watching movies and playing video games lol… thanks again
I had a great experience at One Plant – Rexdale thanks to Amanda! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she suggested the perfect product for my needs at the time. It made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach!
I was at the store the other day and I just have to say a big thank you to Amanda! She is so knowledgeable and patient. She showed me different options and ended up helping me find exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be back, thanks so much Amanda!!!!
Justin is an awesome guy. He's always efficient and knowledgeable it's a pleasure to be served by him 👍🏼
