Brought my daughter in while I was visiting to pick up a vape. Walked in to a lovely atmosphere and was greeted by Rajneet. She was super friendly and helpful and put my daughter right at ease in the store. Her recommendations were spot on. I dont get to Edmonton often, but I know my daughter will be back!
I've been a regular customer at this location since moving to Edmonton recently, but after my experience tonight, I won't be returning.
My driver's licence recently expired, and I'm currently waiting for my replacement. I presented my expired licence along with the temporary renewal document provided by the registry, which I was told is valid identification. The employee assisting me, Missy, refused to accept it and was dismissive and argumentative when I tried to explain the situation.
After I went to the Plantlife location on Ellerslie, where Harper reviewed the same documents, confirmed they were valid, and provided excellent customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Missy had reviewed my ID two weeks ago and advised me it is expiring soon. Now this evening I am not accepted as a legal adult because my drivers license expired a few days ago. The snarky responses and attitude unfortunately left me feeling unwelcome, and I'll be taking my business to the other location going forward.
Great selection, great prices. Fantastic, helpful staff who go above and beyond. Missy has helped me several times, and always has recommendations that I enjoy. The store itself is consistently clean and tidy, with engaging displays.
Highly recommend going in when Missy is working she is always pleasant and smiling. Its nice to see these days when going in to any shop.
I went to this location being new to weed and the very sweet guy named Chris helped me out! He told me a lot of things that helped me choose my item, he was very patient and sweet, the location was also very clean and well kept, thank you for helping me out!
