| I've been a regular customer at this location since moving to Edmonton recently, but after my experience tonight, I won't be returning. My driver's licence recently expired, and I'm currently waiting for my replacement. I presented my expired licence along with the temporary renewal document provided by the registry, which I was told is valid identification. The employee assisting me, Missy, refused to accept it and was dismissive and argumentative when I tried to explain the situation. After I went to the Plantlife location on Ellerslie, where Harper reviewed the same documents, confirmed they were valid, and provided excellent customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Missy had reviewed my ID two weeks ago and advised me it is expiring soon. Now this evening I am not accepted as a legal adult because my drivers license expired a few days ago. The snarky responses and attitude unfortunately left me feeling unwelcome, and I'll be taking my business to the other location going forward. | ||
