No good,staff is rude, there prices are high and quality is low. Not sure why but the guy infront of me was having massive issues with the employee finding his account. Stick to canna cabana and value buds at least there its usually a positive environment.

This Lucid location is best in the city. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kristen, the manager, is an absolute gem! Super knowledgeable (and just about the nicest person you'll ever meet) and she passes that knowledge and customer service along to her staff. It's my neighbourhood store and even if I'm in another part of the city, I always come here for the service. It's top notch. It needs to be the flagship store.
Kale had made my experience with this so an amazing one. He is so kind and knowledgeable and patient with my indecisive mind. Will return solely for his customer service
