| This Lucid location is best in the city. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kristen, the manager, is an absolute gem! Super knowledgeable (and just about the nicest person you'll ever meet) and she passes that knowledge and customer service along to her staff. It's my neighbourhood store and even if I'm in another part of the city, I always come here for the service. It's top notch. It needs to be the flagship store. | ||
