Used to be a great place, the clerk handed me the wrong weed , and sold me ," milked" aka " floor sweepings" my fault for not reading label.but I have noticed they don't carry , 3 of my " go to" brands anymore either, this is try #4 , with disappointing results. Lux leaf , T's and Crown Cannabis is my go to now, not because " value buds" refused to refund me ,it's because ,all good bought that was at value buds is extinct.value buds is gone down hill indeed , it's been a while since I bought off value buds til today I decided to give them again, ANOTHER Chance,, they AGAIN disappointed me
Absolutely lovely store. Bernard is always a treat to be served by! I can't remember the others names but the older man is such a sweetheart and so is the younger woman with dark brown hair usually in a pony tail. I've been coming here since cannabis was legalized and this will always be my #1 store!
As for the service, sometimes it's slow but that's because there's 1 employee and many customers. Like a grocery store, you wait your turn. Lovely older man is just doing his job, he's newer and still learning, people need to be kinder to service workers.

This was always my store. I remember days when it wasn't Value Buds yet. I always thought this store had best people who actually care. But last few months I must say I don't recognize this store anymore. I've seen lots of weirdos working there, I went through rude people who didn't care about basic customer service and now, every time I go there I experience long queues. I do realize Daryl is an older fella and I'm not mad at him. I am mad at management who leaves this guy on his own. Also I would tell Daryl, every time he sees a long queue, please do not make unnecessary chit chats. I know he tries to be Canadian nice but believe me, when I get to the till after 20 minutes of waiting the last thing I want to do is act like Canadian.
Just came in about an hour ago - Oct 13 2pm. Very very rude and messy looking oriental boy denied service to my girlfriend and I because our ID's didn't look like us?? She's 20 and I'm 22 - never had an issue before with the SAME ID. As I'm leaving the store with no product, he leaves the store and decides to walk up to me instigating a fight. Never experienced something like this before. Will not return to this joke of a store. Local dealers provide better service for god sake.
I've been coming to this place for three years and it's the best place. I love it. They always have what you need and what you want very respectful people but recently they've hired this old man and oh my God, I almost passed out waiting. Then when it was my turn, he couldn't find the item I had to point it out for him. He was having a hard time with the computer. Then, when I told him I was a member it took him another 10 minutes just to punch in my number. I almost walked away.
