| This was always my store. I remember days when it wasn't Value Buds yet. I always thought this store had best people who actually care. But last few months I must say I don't recognize this store anymore. I've seen lots of weirdos working there, I went through rude people who didn't care about basic customer service and now, every time I go there I experience long queues. I do realize Daryl is an older fella and I'm not mad at him. I am mad at management who leaves this guy on his own. Also I would tell Daryl, every time he sees a long queue, please do not make unnecessary chit chats. I know he tries to be Canadian nice but believe me, when I get to the till after 20 minutes of waiting the last thing I want to do is act like Canadian. | ||
