I go to this location quite frequently because it's close to home, and the staff are usually friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had here.
When I walked in, I greeted the employee twice before receiving any acknowledgment. After showing my ID, I said I was looking for flower. Instead of offering any guidance or even pointing me in the right direction, there was just silence. I eventually had to ask where I could find it myself. I'm not expecting anyone to be overly chatty, but I do expect to be acknowledged and helped when I walk into a store. In the past, staff have offered recommendations or at least shown me where to look, which is why this interaction stood out so much. The entire experience felt awkward, unwelcoming, and dismissive. I left feeling like I was inconveniencing the employee simply by asking for help. As someone who shops at this location regularly, I was really disappointed. I hope this feedback reaches management, because the service I've come to expect from this store is much better than what I experienced today with Lance.
Gotta give a shoutout to Alex at Tower Cannabis. Dude always remembers my usual, which is pretty impressive, and every time he recommends something, it ends up being a solid pick. You can tell he actually knows his stuff and isn't just trying to sell whatever. He's always friendly, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience way better. Customer service like that is why I keep coming back. Appreciate you, Alex!
I've shopped at both Dank Cannabis and Tower Cannabis, and while Dank Cannabis has a decent selection and friendly staff, I personally had a better overall experience at Tower Cannabis.
Alex was my budtender at Tower Cannabis, and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for before making recommendations. The atmosphere felt more welcoming, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
Dank Cannabis is still a good option, but for me, Tower Cannabis stands out in terms of service and overall experience.
Tower Cannabis is hands down one of the best spots in town! The store is always clean, well-stocked.
Shoutout to Alex, the night manager — he's absolutely lit! 🔥 His energy, positive vibes, and genuine customer service make every visit better. He takes the time to help, gives great recommendations, and makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first time.
