This 1-star rating is for the shop's policy, not the worker. We came in for the first time to look for a pen. My request was that I am allergic to any kind of added terpenoids or flavorings. The seller recommended a pen that had no additives, but when I tried it, it was full of added flavor, and my face started itching immediately. We came right back to request an exchange, but after 10 minutes of talking, we couldn't exchange it. Even though the seller admitted her mistake, it's basically the shop's policy.
For the past five months there wasn't much of varieties of vapes. Always tells me the companies were hard to buy from.
Needs a new merchandiser, or company?
I love this shop because it's always welcoming and that Manager Holly explained everything that she had and was on point because of you i will be a Best Budz customer thank you. And to the owner great pick on staff.
