| This 1-star rating is for the shop's policy, not the worker. We came in for the first time to look for a pen. My request was that I am allergic to any kind of added terpenoids or flavorings. The seller recommended a pen that had no additives, but when I tried it, it was full of added flavor, and my face started itching immediately. We came right back to request an exchange, but after 10 minutes of talking, we couldn't exchange it. Even though the seller admitted her mistake, it's basically the shop's policy. | ||
