I have sent an email to the person who responded on this thread. Zoe still has not emailed or call us back. Apparently, she works until 4 and has not followed up with us on this matter. Horrible service!!!!
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Empty Product and No Resolution
If I could give it a 0 I would!!!!
Today, my husband visited the store around 4:00 p.m. and purchased a 3.5 g Red Can product. He arrived home approximately 15 minutes later, opened the sealed container, and discovered that it was completely empty.
He immediately contacted the store. The first employee transferred the call to someone who identified herself as Tamra, the Team Lead.
Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, Tamra repeatedly hid behind "store policy" and insisted that we would have to wait until the manager returned. I asked her to contact the manager because selling a sealed, empty product and expecting a customer to simply wait without any immediate assistance is completely unacceptable.
Rather than listening, Tamra repeatedly spoke over me. I had to ask her several times to let me finish speaking. At no point did she express any empathy or apologize for what had happened. The conversation became increasingly frustrating because she kept repeating the same scripted response instead of trying to help.
To make matters worse, she ended the call. When I called back and asked if she had just hung up on me, the staff confirmed that she had because they fel ..
Been coming here for a long time and love the energy of the staff very well put together display and great helpful knowledge

Roll into this shop and say High to Zoe and Kianna. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right. Support Ontario Craft and Micro Producers.
