Let me say this, I love the selection, prices and sales staff. Super nice, informative, but my last visit was a disappointment. I always buy disposable vapes, and this time they didn't have my usual in stock. No big deal. Asked to see others and the staff spent time and offered suggestions and insights. We picked out 3. When I got home, they were 510s and not disposable. I totally understand the no refund or exchanges, but there's no harm in asking anyways. Basically got a 2 second response and the manager walked off. I accept the policy, but there's an also a middle ground where there's a mutual respect for the customer and the staff's suggestions.
Anyways, I was going to buy some additional bud, but the interaction left me jaded. Can't see going ba after this. Like I said, great selection, prices and sales staff but I'll go elsewhere from now on.
I have been coming to this shop for a few years with my wife and our family and it has always been a great experience. The prices are solid, the selection is good and the budtenders are consistently friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.
Huge shout out to Gavin who is our go to every time. Always welcoming knowledgeable and just genuinely good at what he does.
What really impressed us recently was when my father in law accidentally left his wallet in the store and it had a lot of cash in it. The staff immediately contacted us to let us know it was safe. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days and really says a lot about the people who work here.

Great place, there's so much variety and the staff are super helpful and kind. Big shout-out to Dylan, he was very helpful and great at customer service! Most definitely will be coming back here!
Buds for Less on Yonge Street is such a great store. The variety and prices are fantastic. The best thing about Buds for Less is the employees. Always super friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
