| Let me say this, I love the selection, prices and sales staff. Super nice, informative, but my last visit was a disappointment. I always buy disposable vapes, and this time they didn't have my usual in stock. No big deal. Asked to see others and the staff spent time and offered suggestions and insights. We picked out 3. When I got home, they were 510s and not disposable. I totally understand the no refund or exchanges, but there's no harm in asking anyways. Basically got a 2 second response and the manager walked off. I accept the policy, but there's an also a middle ground where there's a mutual respect for the customer and the staff's suggestions. Anyways, I was going to buy some additional bud, but the interaction left me jaded. Can't see going ba after this. Like I said, great selection, prices and sales staff but I'll go elsewhere from now on. | ||
