Came here today at 6pm only to see a sign on break 6pm to 6:15 be back ASAP. What is the stores working hours . So I got back into my car and went to Canna cabana. No value here
Went to shop at 9:00am because that's the stated opening time. Waited outside until 9:30 but the shop didn't open. Don't waste your time.
Went to the store a second time would not offer me price match with a store in Scarborough which is literally 20mins away said it's too far. Disrespectful staff and management.

As a budtender myself, this interaction was honestly embarrassing.
I asked for a basic piece of factual information the terpene percentage listed on a product and was told it's "illegal" to share over the phone. That's simply not true. Under the Cannabis Act (Canada) and guidance from the AGCO, stating factual label information is not illegal. That's not promotion it's literally reading what's printed on the product.
If this is a store policy, then say that. Don't mislabel it as "illegal." That's misinformation, and in a regulated industry, accuracy matters.
What stood out most is that no effort was made to provide the information or offer an alternative (like checking in-store or directing me to a source). Instead, it was a quick shutdown with incorrect reasoning. That reflects poorly on training, product knowledge, and customer service.
Budtending isn't just about checking ID it's about understanding products and communicating clearly with consumers. If staff don't know the regulations, they shouldn't be confidently passing along incorrect information.

This is the worst location I've ever been to. I keep coming and it keeps getting worse.
Today I spent about 15 minutes in the store, none of the items on their board was in stock.
The employee saved me some time by saying, the board has not been updated in 2 weeks.
Either management fires the lazy and horrible employees, or close up shop! Because is no way of conducting business.
Absolute Failure of a ValueBud franchise.
