The staff is the main reason I keep coming back. I came in today to pick up my order and had forgotten change for a lighter. I asked if they had any matches, but they ran out, so the nice lady gave me her personal one. Merci, beaucoup! Sorry for taking up all your time. It's always a treat chatting about the sun with you!
They sell that downtown brown bunk here. Make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you get to the door. Pick and choose who they want to ID based on "he looks a little young" isn't a reason to ID people. As you know per the OCS rules you are to ID everyone that comes into this government regulated building. It's not based on looks, that's called being prejudice. Also, there "recommendations" are horrible. Led me to buy a 100 dollar bag of weed that I can't smoke because of how bad it tastes and hurts my throat. Get bent.

Great shop with excellent staff who are happy to help. Staff recommendations have been very good, with my favourite being "White Fire" from "Debunk". There's a sale for every day of the week and I was fortunate to get my bong for 50% off last year. 5/5.
Will not shop here again. Walked out 1:40pm today canceling order. Very unprofessional woman bud tender kept me waiting while chatting up male about gym and Mike dellapenta and everything else.
You don't get paid to chat.
Attract some better bud tenders and maybe I'll come back due to you being #1 best retailer for price in the Sault... but your storefront is severely lacking and until improvement you aren't worth my business.
