Will not shop here again. Walked out 1:40pm today canceling order. Very unprofessional woman bud tender kept me waiting while chatting up male about gym and Mike dellapenta and everything else. You don't get paid to chat. Attract some better bud tenders and maybe I'll come back due to you being #1 best retailer for price in the Sault... but your storefront is severely lacking and until improvement you aren't worth my business.

I purchase a lot of cannabis and shop around. In my opinion the local stores rank like this. 1. Highlife/TNCC 2. Due North Cannabis 3. Soo Cannabis/Sessions 4. Matchbox/Cannabis Jacks I find Due North is slightly more expensive with the best selection with Highlife having similar selection and better prices and TNCC having overall the best prices but not the best selection. My issue currently is with the handling of customers and customer service regulations opposed to the actual licensed distributors but multiple times now at both Due North churchill plaza location and TNCC I've had to wait extremely long times for literally no reason other than bored lonely men walking in and chatting up the female budtender for 30+ min about everything from cannabis, health conditions, politics, cost of living, standing against the govt, etc... Like I get drugs are hard on the mind... but if you're that bored and lonely maybe it's time to find a hobby. These women are working and this isn't a bar. I guarantee if it was a male worker these people would be in and out in 5 secs... I don't know how to handle it... but it is annoying and a nuisance disrupting customers and overall causing a loss of business. Have not encountered this issue at Highlife or anywhere else yet. Just the 1 young female working TNCC seems to always have some dude in there hitting her up and some chatterbox maniac chatting up the females at Due North Churchill.
