I love this dispensary! I was just in here earlier today and I had the best person help me out today! She had dark curly hair and tan skin, I wish I'd asked for her name so I could give her a proper shout out! Literally the best bud tender I've ever had the chance to meet! This story is definitely in my top 3 dispensaries and I live in Mississauga! Thanks so much for all the help True North, you guys are awesome!! ❤️

Been visiting this location since they opened. I went today looking for raw filter paper. It's a flip book of paper that I'm pretty sure I've bought there before and every head shop has always carried them. I was met at the door by a very aggressive employee saying "no. We don't sell filters"
After further inquiry looking for any brand of filter, raw, ocb or house brand, I decided to leave the hostility I was getting from this rude multi colored hair led employee and decide not to give money to this location again. I didn't even try getting past her to buy anything else from them.
Any managers of this branch seeing this, I would gladly speak to your district manager as I visit most of your tri city locations and you can be easily replaced.
Or maybe I just post the picture of this employee since my dashcam outfront caught everything. Grumpy greeting and all. If you were my employee, you'd be fired.
Poor selection of good flower. Little to no craft cannabis. Prices are good but selection leave a lot to be desired. Budtenders are also are clueless about there products
Love the location ... nice and clean store ......
But they are always out of the products I want so them saying the order is coming next week is false and so therefore selection is not as big as the menu may say ...
Also almost every time I go there, the prices are always different indicating a complete lack of communication between management and staff . .
Staff are friendly and helpful though I may add....
Also prices aren't as low as other places with the exact same product....
Im sad that these things keep happening regularly and I hope, if they are to last, that they may address and correct these problems.... Again, I like the store and the staff but my patience is wearing thin
