| Been visiting this location since they opened. I went today looking for raw filter paper. It's a flip book of paper that I'm pretty sure I've bought there before and every head shop has always carried them. I was met at the door by a very aggressive employee saying "no. We don't sell filters" After further inquiry looking for any brand of filter, raw, ocb or house brand, I decided to leave the hostility I was getting from this rude multi colored hair led employee and decide not to give money to this location again. I didn't even try getting past her to buy anything else from them. Any managers of this branch seeing this, I would gladly speak to your district manager as I visit most of your tri city locations and you can be easily replaced. Or maybe I just post the picture of this employee since my dashcam outfront caught everything. Grumpy greeting and all. If you were my employee, you'd be fired. | ||
