The Vessel Wood Vape Pen offers longevity and classic elegance in a compact, sleek silhouette. It’s made of real walnut wood and anodized aluminum, and it has 3 LEDs that display battery life as well as the pen’s power settings, which include Low (2.8V), Medium (3.2V), and High (3.6V). The pen accommodates most 510 thread cartridges, and its drop-in design protects those cartridges from damage. The 240mAh lithium-ion battery core is rechargeable through a magnetic USB port and an included charging cable. The Vessel Wood Vape Pen puts luxury and long-lasting function in the palm of your hand.

Overpriced and stopped working. We bought two of the top-of-the-line vape pens with charging doc. We don't use them often, so they sit in a drawer most of the time. I used it a couple dozen times over the year. After a year, they both stopped working. The customer service did not replace it. It took months for them to respond, and they did not give any help or troubleshoot with me. They just wanted me to buy a new one. I can understand if we used it regularly, but I expected it to last longer since we used it so infrequently. I had cheap disposables that lasted longer. Overpriced for a product that stopped working, and the company does not back their product. Waste of money!

Edit: Going from a 1 to a 5 star due to the damage control. Off the bat I will say they have great batteries and I am sure their other products or just as fantastic. They reached out via phone call right away and did their best to make things right. This was a very different experience than the first time. Their products are truly amazing but I wish the service team was more consistent with their approach. Thank you for your attempts to fix things where you could. Frist Review: Good products, awful customer service. Extremely delayed and scripted responses. They waited for their 30% store wide sale to end to offer me a 20% discount after my battery broke. You can have the best product but after being ghosted by my first customer service rep, it does not look great.

Vessel's products and customer service are always top of the line! If on the off chance you have issues with your device Vessel's team goes above and beyond and stands behind their product and makes it right. I had an issue with one of my devices and emailed some photos to them to see if anything could be done. I received a reply (the same day) from their team letting me know a replacement is on it's way! Sure enough I got a second email with the tracking info. This type of customer service makes me feel good about every product I purchase from them. I know I'm getting a high quality product that the company stands behind--thank you Vessel team for hard work, craftsmanship, and stellar support!
