Edit: Going from a 1 to a 5 star due to the damage control. Off the bat I will say they have great batteries and I am sure their other products or just as fantastic. They reached out via phone call right away and did their best to make things right. This was a very different experience than the first time. Their products are truly amazing but I wish the service team was more consistent with their approach. Thank you for your attempts to fix things where you could.
Frist Review: Good products, awful customer service. Extremely delayed and scripted responses. They waited for their 30% store wide sale to end to offer me a 20% discount after my battery broke. You can have the best product but after being ghosted by my first customer service rep, it does not look great.
