I bought Afghan Black live Resin vape . Cartridge did did not work. Sent it back to vortex with all the requirements they need for a return. Did not hear or anything from them!! Now I'm out out 50 bucks🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great hash... pretty dam close to what's made in Afghanistan lol definitely have purchased alot and will continue to do so!
I work in a dispensary. We had 2 different cartridges by Vortex that all had massive failures. Had a great conversation with them and they told us to return them for a refund.
Well, it's been around a month since we shipped them and 4 emails sent to vortex. No response of any kind.
I don't like black listing companies but I don't think we will be purchasing anything from Vortex again.
I'm disappointed because I actually like the cartridges when they work…
