I live in Calgary. 🤣 A couple of months later and I've managed to stop by. Possibly the best vibe I've encountered, one of the most impressive menus and seriously knowledgeable staff. | I love visiting new stores and chatting with the budtenders. I'm very sad to say I didn't enjoy the vibe of the store and couldn't find any of my favorite brands. Budtender was very polite and I have nothing negative to say, just wasn't my groove. Honestly felt horrible that I couldn't find a product that I hadn't tried yet and left without making a purchase. I'm sorry. | ||

| I work in a dispensary. We had 2 different cartridges by Vortex that all had massive failures. Had a great conversation with them and they told us to return them for a refund. Well, it's been around a month since we shipped them and 4 emails sent to vortex. No response of any kind. I don't like black listing companies but I don't think we will be purchasing anything from Vortex again. I'm disappointed because I actually like the cartridges when they work… | ||
