About Cart

Sync-Order© and Shopping Cart are complimentary use systems provided for the convenience of our users and participating dispensaries - now with "one-click" activation for your store to begin receiving pre-orders.

eWeedPro carries a comprehensive catalog of cannabis products sold Canada wide. The product info sheets include average retail pricing, along with other pertinent product characteristics. Users are made aware that any displayed pricing is based on average retail, and is not indicative to any particular store. This also includes product availability.

The intent and purpose is to provide our users a convenient and effective method of finding or identifying the cannabis product they need or desire, and in turn the ability to reach out to nearby licensed dispensaries with queries on product availability, or even submitting pre-orders to those dispensaries with a pre-order cart enabled.

In such instances eWeedPro acts as an intermediary - connecting consumers with licensed cannabis retailers to fulfill a product request or order. All such interactions culminate in "pay and pickup" at your physical store location, or home delivery when offered.

There are no fees or contracts associated with your use of this system. Change settings as often as needed, disable your cart entirely if desired.

Basic Setup

To ensure timely and uninterrupted receipt of consumer product requests and pre-orders, the following steps should be completed for a basic setup:

  • Orders email - provide a dedicated email for receipt of online requests and pre-orders in the CART settings screen. If you have multiple store locations, each store should have a unique orders email.
  • As an added step - make sure the domain eweedpro.ca is whitelisted in your mail servers spam settings for uninterrupted delivery. Returned, or "bounced", emails will result in your stores cart being disabled.
  • Select Sync-Order (Default) as your cart type.
  • To minimize "no-fill" responses and in turn potential customer frustration, select the brands your store normally carries from the BRANDS setting screen. This can be limited to a very basic list of brands you readily carry in stock at all times, updated as needed.
Once these steps are complete, you will begin to receive uninterrupted product requests from our users, which can in turn be converted to customers for direct sale at your store.

Additional Steps

For a more targeted user response to your store:

  • Change your cart type from Sync-Order to Pre-Order in the CART settings screen. Only your store will receive the customer request, without the immediate inclusion of other nearby dispensaries, as with Sync-Order. This will provide a 60min. time window for you to respond and engage with the customer, prior to the same product request being sent to other dispensaries.
  • Enable Broadcast - this will include product requests to your store when the intended dispensary does not respond within the allotted 60min. timeframe, providing you the added opportunity to engage with a potential customer.

Custom Cart

Please review settings and requirements for a custom cart setup from the CART and MENU setting screens. Custom cart, as the name suggests, provides a targeted approach for your store only. Products are displayed from our catalog - with your pricing, sales and product availability inserted.

For this application a bare minimum amount of (9) items can be manually uploaded by entering each products GTIN to match with our database (GTIN codes can also be scanned in from your POS equipped PC).

Manual product selection for your store cart can be bypassed with the uploading of your entire (or selected) store inventory in CSV format, effectively providing you a with an added and direct online sales outlet specific to your store.

 
Sync-Order© and Custom Cart /w Promotions are complimentary use systems provided for the convenience of our users and participating dispensaries. There are no restrictions or usage fees to participating stores. With the online ordering system, we connect consumers with your store, providing them with emailed confirmation your location has stock on the product(s) they are looking for. You have the sale.

Once an order is placed and confirmed online, customers are required to physically attend your store location to pay for and pick up their order. eWeedPro does not participate in the exchange of funds or product delivery for purchases from your location. All customer transactions and final order fulfillment, including returns and exchanges, are the responsibility of the licensed dispensary receiving online orders through this site's cart system.

eWeedPro reserves the right to disable cart settings for any store, or remove the store listing entirely, at its sole discretion.
