If there were 10 stars you guys would get it. I was patiently waiting on my new Cyclone recycler glass piece. It was a 2-3 day transport and somehow got caught up in our local USPS distribution centers for 4 additional days. I contacted customer service with Pulsar and got nothing less than being treated like royalty. I talked with Jess on the text app and explained the scenario. She got the dilemma to Luke. Next thing I know 2 days a specifically sent new recycler from Pulsar. Also the merch that you gave me on the side is priceless….including that new Baton Steamroller water hand pipe. I have never used one, but will try!😎 What got me was the fact that last night my wife and I heard knock on the door about 7pm. It was the original one in a banged up shipping box.. (top busted in two)! Thank you guys for the immediate resolution and thank you again for getting the replacement sent quickly. Go Pulsar. I'm with Pulsar now!
