Had an issue with one of their products, reached out to the company via email. Took 6 days to get a response saying the email box got disconnected from their main email and asked me to send pictures again. I did as they asked and I have yet to receive any response on the matter. They are selling products that don't match the package they come in. I was buying diamonds and was given some random who knows what. Would not recommend purchasing anything from the Atlantic Cultivation brand
