| Had a deeply disappointing experience at the
NSLC on Sackville Drive. When returning a detective product, the manager, Darren, was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly made comments about the product being "made in China." He made very sure to emphasize "CHINA", several times. He blamed the customer personally, refused to apologize, and spoke in a condescending way that felt gaslighting and unprofessional. NSLC should take this seriously and ensure staff treat customers respectfully.
