| My wife was told by an employee that she should get the USB C battery body, because the other units always break. I go in to get her a second one and this employee tells me that the other ones are best and don't get the USB C. I get home and my wife tells me the story, so I go back to the shop and the person in 'charge' says they won't use that credit to let me return the unused one to buy the USB C model...and really enjoys saying 'no', like a lot. I'll just shop somewhere else now, but please be cautious, as the advice is usually an attempt to sell something they want to get rid of. Peace. |
