| So I have been going here weekly for my smoke because it's closest to home. I ordered a 1 gram infused pre roll called Midnight Maraschino that I have been grabbing lately. I got home I didn't realize the mix up until I opened the tube and it was half a gram of passion fruit peach. I was irritated but mistakes happen. So I called to explain and girl I spoke to said to call manager in the morning. I just did that and because I smoked the product even though they would have had to destroy when returning it because I opened tube, no bueno for just letting me pick up the pre roll I ordered and call it fair. If I didn't have anything to smoke last night I would have hung on to it but I needed some pain relief and relaxation 🤷 I told manager that was terrible and never going back. I am sure they don't care about that, but that is horrible business decisions for a manager when treating a loyal customer to their mistake. Thumb 👎 👎 Purple Moose 🟣 🫎 it is P.s. Ahahah I had to come back and edit because I read other reviews and it seems like the long haired kid "manager" is the issue for the most part. Could be someone had their job handed to them by family/friend and they are miserable half the time at their well paid job 🤷 | ||
