Bought a vape cartridge here, only to bring it home and realize it did not work. Says "No Atomizer" when I try to use it with my vape. All other cartridges I have work just fine, except for this brand new one. I called to see if i could come back an exchange it for a new one, I can't. I need to contact the manufacturers of the cartridge, which I have done so on their website and haven't heard anything back from them. Huge headache for a 40$ cartridge, I understand it may be ALGS's fault? But now im out 40$ with a useless cartridge, I can't take it apart in case the manufacturer does eventually get back to me to replace it.
Over a year later, I still have the receipt and I've tried on many occasions contacting the manufacturers like I was told by Uncle Sam's Cannabis, they have never called me or messaged me back. It's really a shame because I know for a fact value buds would just return the cart no questions asked instead of making me contact the manufacturer. Would be willing to change my review if they helped me but I went in again today to ask for help on this same subject, and was told there's nothing they can do.
