| I appreciate Value Buds' convenience on my commute home, but my recent experience with staff member Angel was disappointing. While I understand the legal requirement to check ID for anyone who appears underage, I was singled out for an ID check while a young lady standing directly next to me, who I was accompanying, was not asked. This selective approach felt discriminatory. After providing my ID, Angel proceeded to photograph it in front of me without explanation. This behavior came across as aggressive, unprofessional and made me deeply uncomfortable, especially as a regular customer with an existing account at this location. I've been a loyal patron, but experiences like this make it difficult to want to return. I'd urge Angel and the team to reflect on how you treat regular customers and ensure ID checks are applied consistently and respectfully. I'm open to giving Value Buds another chance, but service will need to improve. | ||
