| The woman working today (Oct 18) Extremely rude, unknowledgable of products that are available, and likes to talk about how nice she is as she's giving additude. UPDATE: Went back at 8 to try and get the items this lady refused to sell to me. The first time at noon she intended to sell me a hotbox cherry kush cart. Without trying to be confrontational I asked her to get those items so I could just pay and leave. Once I got home I realized she did not sell me the correct items. This became an issue on the phone when I asked her to explain the difference between a live resin and not in a cart. She told me she didn't know how to explain it. I then asked if she was the owner and she replied no. I then asked if I leave my number how long it will take to get a response from him. She hung up the phone. So if the owner is reading this please reach out because your employee is refusing to rectify the situation or explain products accordingly. She has said that the cameras have audio and video surveillance so I hope you take the time to actually look at those videos on Oct 18 between open and close. Since writing my first review on Oct 18th the treatment from Jessica is not professional to say the least. Dec 1 2025 she followed me outside of the store yelling at me, trying to take photos of me (she left your business unattended). And this morning while out walking to another one of the business's, you own. She was driving by to realtime hanging out the window flipping me off .. | ||
